Because of the Oxygen diffusion of the Cap Mats a system separation between the primary and secondary circuits is a must.
Both Hose systems and Copper systems should be separated. A separation of the primary and the secondary systems guarantee that no corrosion particles can enter into the Cooling Ceiling.
But to safe money, this is often neglected.
The separation is done by a Transfer Station, which consists of a Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger,
Pump, Expansion Unit with Cap valves, Safety Regulators, Shut-off Regulators, Thermometer and Manometer. All the components used in the Capillary System in the secondary side corrosion-resistant, thus the water quality remains good for a long time.

There are two different Separation Systems.
Transfer Station with decentralized distribution
In most cases it makes sense to decentralize the distribution and regulating of the volume flows.
The regulating group of the separated zones are connected to one Distributor Line.
The Regulating Groups are placed in an accessible part of the Ceiling in an appropriate area in rooms with Surface Heating. To service and control the volume-flows of individual zones, all positions of the distributing groups must be inspected.

Transfer Station with Central Distribution
At this more elaborate but user friendly version, each Regulating Zone with To and From is connected with the Distributor of the Transfer Station. Adjustment and control of the volume-flow can be done centrally.
