Copper Systems

The Copper Cooling Ceiling is a water circulating Heating/Cooling System, similar to the Cap Mats, which uses the radiation principal. The system is mainly installed in Office Buildings with Demands for fire protection.

Copper Dry-Wall –Ceiling with Cu-Combi-System

The Cu-Combi Contact-Cooling/Heating Ceiling System consists of non flammable materials.
It works as a water- circulating Radiant Ceiling system with smooth surfaces.
The Cu-Combi-System is available in various applications: straight, bent, painted, covered, plain, perforated, sound absorbing and sound reflecting etc.
For the active area it is recommended to use insulation material on the back side.

Marked by:

- Cooling-Meander made from copper, form adapted pressed with Aluminum Heattranfer Profiles.
- Cooling-Meander pre-stressed to guarantee direct contact to the Cu-ceiling
- Oxygen diffusion resistant System (DIN 4726 for copper and plastic pipe)
- Installation onto standard sub construction from ceiling – profiles (DIN18168-1)

Implementation of this System with higher Fire Protection demand.



Copper Metal Ceiling w. Cu-Meta-System

The Cu-Meta Contact Cooling /Heating Ceiling is a water-circulating system, which uses the Radiant principal and it offers various implementation possibilities.

Marked by:
- in combination w.perforated or plain Metal Ceilings w. Longfield Panels
- applicable in Bandgridsysystem w. covered hidden underconstruction
- "swing-open" mechanism or removable snap-in or in-laid
- contact between cooling meander and ceiling by pressing or gluing
- Plastic meander from oxygen diffusion resistant Plastic Pipe DIN 4726

- easy access to ceiling by "swing-open", removable Metal-Cassettes
- free lay-outs and combination by Architects
- oxygen diffusion resistant DIN 4726
- flexible connectors of the Climate-Elements with release binders
- simple installation in existing ceilings
